Deliveries

Delivery charges

The delivery options available to you (and for some regions additional charges) are offered following entering your full address upon checkout. You are also able to get approximate offerings by using the “quoting” system within your basket. For your information our conventional charges are described below:

Our Standard delivery charge is £4.95 ex. VAT (£5.69 inc. VAT), for delivery within 2/3 working days. Please note that for some regions, such as but not limited to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands this charge may be increased to £8.95 ex. VAT (£10.29 inc. VAT), for which you will be notified upon checkout.

Our Express delivery charge is £8.95 ex. VAT (£10.29 inc. VAT) for delivery on the next working day. Please note that this option is not available to all regions.

Our Collection service is available if you prefer to pick up your order from our main office. There is no charge and your goods will be ready for collection within three working days of placing your order. The reason is that limited stock is held at our main office and it requires this timeframe to consolidate orders and have them arrive at our location. Upon selecting this option we will contact you once the goods have arrived to arrange a convenient collection time. Opening hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm , Monday to Friday. The collection address is

You will need to bring along the credit/debit card used to place your order, a form of official photo identification (such as a passport or drivers license) and your order number. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this and we cannot release the goods without these.

Do you only deliver to the card holder's address?

We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address and we will carry out further security checks on this type of order. Please note that these extra checks can delay your order so please be aware of this when requesting an Express service. Additionally please note that we do not deliver to other residential addresses besides the registered card holder address.

Where we deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland . We can also deliver to Isle of Wight , Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye , but these deliveries can take longer and the delivery charges to these locations may vary from our usual Standard and Express charges which may also be case in some areas of Scotland . We currently do not deliver outside the United Kingdom , to the Channel Islands , Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?

We use Initial City Link, Business Post, TNT and Interlink Express. These couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30 and unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders that are placed before 2pm for Express and 4pm for Standard on a working day, that pass our security checks and are in stock are processed the same day.

Orders that are requested on a Standard delivery service are dispatched so that you will receive the goods within the 2/3 working days – this may mean in some instances that we may escalate the delivery to an Express service and ship on the second working day.

You will receive confirmation that the goods have been dispatched via email, usually around 6:30pm that evening for Express deliveries and the day of dispatch for Standard deliveries.

When will my goods arrive

Standard deliveries should arrive within 2/3 working days, but can often arrive quicker than this as noted above we cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days please contact customer services by email service@zomp.net or our “live support” and we will try to track down the delivery for you.

Express deliveries should arrive by 5.30pm on the next working day and again we cannot specify a delivery time – please note that this service does not deliver on Saturdays . The majority of these deliveries do arrive on the next working day, however just like other online retailers we cannot guarantee this due to dependency on many factors including the courier companies, local operating difficulties and weather etc. If a delivery does not arrive we will refund you the difference to our Standard delivery charge but we are not liable for any other costs again contact service@zomp.net or our “live support” for assistance.

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?

The courier will at most attempt two deliveries; in some instances they may automatically attempt the next working day in others they may leave a card requesting that you contact them to arrange delivery on another working day. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts.

If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot in most cases up to five days from the initial delivery attempt, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
